Courier door-to-door delivery is Free. As soon as your order is confirmed a tracking number will be sent to you from us via email.
Our aim is to ensure that orders are delivered within 7-15 working days. Orders will be sent out within 1 - 7 business days of the order being placed and paid for unless stated otherwise on the item description.
Any orders placed on a public holiday or on a weekend will only be processed the following business day before shipping.
Products will be delivered to the address you specified, if nobody is at the premises the courier company will try and contact you on your contact number given to us. If nobody can be reached the courier will return and it will be the client’s responsibility to contact said courier service and arrange pickup.
We cannot take responsibility if the shipping agent have a problem and there is a delay on your order's delivery.
If you ordered multiple items and we cannot ship the complete order you will be notified by email and the rest of your order will be shipped as soon as stock is available.
We cannot be held responsible if your order is signed for by somebody else at your premises and any damage that may occur once the parcel have been handed over to the client.
Should you require delivery on a Saturday there is a delivery charge of R 200.00. Please email us with this request at email@example.com .
*Please ensure that a physical address has been provided and that someone will be available to sign for the delivery which will take place between 08h00 - 17h00 on week days.
In order to return any items, please do the following:
Send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the product. Please state your name, address and invoice & order number. Please indicate whether you require a credit or refund. We will reply confirming receipt of your email and forward you instructions on how to return the item. Once the item has been received and checked, we will refund you via the method of payment within 14 working days.

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase.
* Note: Rose & Monroe recommends that you use Speed Services Couriers (South African Postal Services) for all returns as it offers shipment tracking through a 24 hours customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.
